Manchester United and England U20 defender Ayden Heaven has recently been spotted training with England's senior team at St George's Park. This is now the second time this international break! The first time he was asked, he was one of three players who joined the session. Also, Tye Hall of Tottenham Hotspur was asked to join England's training session at Wembley ahead of fixture Vs Uruguay. Manchester United and England U20 teammate Shea Lacey has also trained with the men's team this season.

The U20 Progress:
On Friday, England U20s met Italy U20s at Rome City FC. The game resulted in a 3-3 draw and Ayden was on the scoresheet. England opened the scoring through Millwall's Tom Watson and he would score again later. However, Ayden Heaven made it three after a pin point Kieran Morgan cross. Heaven headed his effort centre of the goal and it simply had to much power for the Italy keeper. Italy would mount a second half comeback however and level in the 89th minute. But Heaven's 70 minute cameo was enough to make him seen. Below I have attached a compilation of Ayden Vs Italy U20s.
Aspirations And Idols:
In a recent interview, Heaven labelled Arsenal star William Saliba and Harry Maguire as his biggest influences. Heaven plays with Maguire in the same position, so this point is understandable. Who knows? Heaven may join Maguire in a future England camp. Heaven's connection with the Arsenal star has helped him. With Maguire, Heaven stated 'You're not that afraid when you have got that experience beside you'.
Heaven also said he really likes Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger as a defender. He said 'I like his style of play, he's someone who I'd say has influenced me'. Heaven is committed to Man Utd. Whether helping them from the bench or the start. 'Everyone has a part to play'. Heaven is the future for club and country.
