Blackburn Rovers and England U17 Harvey Higgins has been on flames for England U17s in this international break. Higgins is a scholar at Blackburn and has had a great season. Last Year, Arsenal were interested in Higgins but he stayed.
HARVEY SIGNING HIS PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT:

HARVEY'S SCHOLARSHIP

AN U21 DEBUT GOAL VS PRESTON NORTH END

Higgins scored two minutes into his U21 debut for Blackburn. Aged 15, which ironically, was the number on the back of his shirt too, Higgins scored in a 4-4 draw with Lancashire rivals Preston North End, this was in the Premier League Cup.
HARVEY RECENTLY FOR ENGLAND:

Harvey was called up to the England U17 squad who would be performing at St George's Park. Higgins was moved into the squad late after others withdrew and what an impact he made. In our opening game against Faroe Islands U17s, England raced into a 2-0 lead and then Harvey came on. Harvey delivered instantly scoring in the 90th minute ensuring a 3-0 win in our opener.

Higgins then went from strength to strength against Estonia. After a defeat to Israel, England needed to see it out well. Harvey started this one. England won 2-0 and Harvey scored again! Manchester City's Teddie Lamb scored also. Both England strikers who started, scored. Lethal. A very strong showing from Harvey this March. Two goals in three games for Harvey making him joint top scorer for the U17s and nominated for Player Of The Series for March On The England Academy on X.
A NEAT FINISH FROM HARVEY
