Crystal Palace right-back Daniel Muñoz has opened the door to a potential move away from Selhurst Park, revealing his aspirations to play for some of the world’s top clubs.
Speaking to Colombian outlet Win Sports TV, Muñoz admitted he is eager to take the next step in his career, though he emphasized that no direct contact has been made with potential suitors just yet.
No Direct Contact Yet
“I want to play for the best teams in the world, but they haven't spoken to me directly,” Muñoz said.
The Colombian international only joined Crystal Palace in January 2024 from Belgian side Genk, but his performances in the Premier League have been impressive. His attacking runs, defensive solidity, and high work rate have made him a standout in Oliver Glasner's setup, assisting Eberechi Eze's winner in the FA Cup final.

Despite his openness to a move, Muñoz made it clear that he remains committed and content with his current club. “I dream and work every day to achieve it, and I hope it can happen as soon as possible. I hope it's in this window, but if not, I'm very happy at Crystal Palace.”
As the summer transfer window continues to unfold, Muñoz will be one to watch.
