Fulham recently finalized agreements to send out three players on loan for the 2025-26 season. Midfielder Luke Harris, defender Luc de Fougerolles and goalkeeper Steven Benda will all be in action elsewhere for the next 12 months.
Luke Harris On Loan Yet Again
Fulham has agreed to send Harris on loan to Championship club Oxford United for the upcoming season. The 20-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan to League One's Birmingham City, where he scored four goals in 36 appearances and helped the Blues earn a promotion. In 2023-24, Harris played on loan for Exeter City in League One where he scored four goals in 21 appearances. Oxford head coach, Gary Rowett, said: “Luke is a real high level young player who we are excited to work with."
“Last season, I watched a lot of Luke. He is a player with a lot of quality on the ball and someone who wants to take risks at the top end of the pitch."
Steven Benda Loaned Out as New Keeper Comes In
After sitting behind Bernd Leno for the past three seasons, Benda is going out on loan to Millwall for the upcoming campaign. The 26-year-old keeper made just two appearances for Fulham in each of the last two seasons, all of them in FA Cup action.
Benda became expendable after Fulham agreed to a two-year deal with French goalie, Benjamin Lecomte. The 34-year-old keeper brings with him plenty of experience, having made 329 Ligue 1 appearances in 14 seasons.

Luc de Fougerolles Reportedly on his Way to Belgium
After signing the young defender to a four-year contract extension earlier this month, Fulham is preparing to send De Fougerolles to an unnamed Belgian club for the upcoming season. The 19-year-old centerback has been with the Fulham academy since he was eight years old. He made his professional debut in a 2023 EFL Cup victory over Ipswich Town.
De Fougerolles has been showing well most recently in international play with the Canadian national team, making five appearances so far this year.
“I need first-team football,” De Fougerolles told The Athletic. “I’d like a loan. I think I can obviously push for it to play first-team minutes. Obviously if Fulham want me around, I’ll gladly stay and be around the team. But a loan would be amazing.”
TSN in Canada is reporting that once De Fougerolles can sort out his work visa, the move can be made official.
