With the start of the Premier League season looming, Leeds United as expected and needed have been fairly busy so far this summer in the market.
However, speak to the wider footballing world and the fans themselves and it's clear to see if Leeds want to give themselves a fighting chance of survival, that work still needs to be done before the window shuts.
New signings in the door but more needed?

On the evidence so far, the approach to recruitment this summer seems to revolve around building a solid spine to the team. With 7 additions so far and the marquee signing of those being midfielder Anton Stach from TSG Hoffenheim, there seems to be real emphasis on height and physicality.
Midfield ticked off, so what's next?
With Farke himself confirming the midfield is all but complete, all attention now turns onto the attacking areas.
Leeds have a striker in Joel Piroe who was lasts seasons top goalscorer in the Championship with 19 but question marks over if he can step up to the next level will come his and Leeds' way if he doesn't hit the ground running.

Lukas Nmecha, a free agent signing this summer from Vfl Wolfsburg has impressed in pre season so far but many see his signing as cover more than being the main man to lead the line.
The ongoing rumour all summer has been Rodrigo Muniz From Fulham but with Leeds' hierarchy seeming willingly to bide their time, fans are starting to see the Everton game in the periphery and the problem is at what point does this become a more urgent matter?
Other rumours over recent weeks have circled including Artem Dovbyk, who fits the profile of his size but the transfer fee rumoured seems to be farfetched for a player with his record.
🚨 Leeds United are reportedly interested in acquiring Artem Dovbyk from Roma for a potential €35m transfer, amid competition from other clubs.https://t.co/WPYIKKJHHq#ASRoma #SerieA #футбол

When do Leeds make the move?

The consensus is, Leeds United seem to be waiting on Fulham to sign a striker of their own, so they can make a move on Rodrigo Muniz. Whilst I think he would be a good addition for the newly promoted side, the recent saga with Igor Paixao shows Leeds and its fans that having all your eggs in one basket can come back to bite you.
Whilst the transfer window still has the whole month to run, the 25/26 season is fast approaching and Leeds United, like all 3 newly promoted sides need to hit the ground running and get points on the board early.
