Leeds United have today officially unveiled their brand-new away kit for the 2025/26 season, and it’s already generating excitement among supporters. The bold new design pays tribute to the club’s iconic early-2000s ‘Strongbow’ era kit, bringing a fresh yet nostalgic look as the club prepares for its Premier League return.

A Nod to the Past
The new away strip is dominated by a striking royal blue base, featuring bold yellow and white detailing across the shirt, shorts, and socks. Horizontal tonal pinstripes run subtly across the body of the shirt, while the adidas three-stripe design on the shoulders alternates yellow and white, reinforcing the retro feel. Completing the look is the club’s classic yellow-and-blue crest, proudly displayed on the chest—a deliberate homage to the shirts worn during famous European nights at Elland Road.
This design is a clear nod to the beloved 2001–03 kit worn by legends like Mark Viduka, Lucas Radebe, and Lee Bowyer during some of Leeds’ most memorable Champions League appearances.
Modern Performance, Vintage Look
While the aesthetics celebrate the past, the technology in the 2025/26 away kit is thoroughly modern. Manufactured by adidas, the kit features AEROREADY technology, using lightweight recycled polyester fabrics to ensure optimal breathability and moisture management for both players and fans. Mesh underarm panels provide additional ventilation for high-intensity action, while the slim, athletic fit reflects modern footballing trends.
More Than Just a Kit
For Leeds United, this away kit is more than just new apparel—it’s a symbol of the club’s ambition, identity, and connection to its supporters. As they prepare for another campaign in the Premier League, Leeds are blending history with innovation, tradition with progress.
