Sunderland look to conquer London once again- The Momentum Preview
Sunderland’s Dan Ballard (second left) scored and assisted in the recent draw against Arsenal (PA)

Undefeated in the nation’s capital in their last 13 matches, dating back to the Carabao Cup quarter-final in December 2021 against Arsenal, while in League One, Sunderland look to continue their London away-day form against Fulham.

Line-up Prediction

My lineup prediction

Regis Le Bris spoke to the media on Thursday, confirming the rumour that Reinildo picked up a knock while on international duty with Mozambique. However, the left-back passed a fitness test this week and is available for this weekend's fixture.

Previously injured Sunderland first-teamers Dennis Cirkin, Leo Hjelde, and Romaine Mundle all featured for Sunderland's Academy side in the PL International Cup on Friday night, beating Sporting Lisbon's academy 1-0, as the three build up their match fitness. Mundle scored the only goal, a vintage cut inside to score.

With the news of Reinildo's fitness, I therefore predict an unchanged line-up, with the typical back five shape we have seen from Sunderland over the past few months.

I predict Sunderland will continue their undefeated form in London, winning 2-1 at Craven Cottage.
