Whilst most of us will support the team regardless of performance we all have tremendous hopes that we survive and thrive in the Premier League over the next 5-10 years. The fans deserve this as we were definitely a part of getting over the line and pulling away this April to secure promotion.

The transfers so far have been good but not great. Delighted we have invested in a goalkeeper of stature and with Darlow we have a strong base. I wish Ilian all the best but he, and we, need to move on and cash in.
Obviously a striker and a 10 would make this an excellent window, where I think we will compete well in the โmini-leagueโ at the mid-bottom of the table (one step at a time).
As for Farke and Red Bull / 49ers I am right behind them. Yes there will always be things we could have done better but I hope we have learnt from our recent experience. You cannot take much from pre-season so far due to opposition but the coming friendlies will be key ahead of Everton.
